2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla bean paste, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
- After freezing, place the container in the Ninja Creami and process using the “Ice Cream” setting.
- Enjoy as is, or add mix-ins like sprinkles or crushed cookies using the “Mix-In” function.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute whole milk and heavy cream with full-fat coconut milk.
If the texture is too icy, use the “Re-Spin” function for extra creaminess.
