Description

 

This rich and creamy vanilla bean ice cream is a timeless favorite that’s easy to make using the Ninja Creami. With a smooth texture and deep vanilla flavor, it’s perfect on its own or as a base for mix-ins like chocolate chips or fruit.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp vanilla bean paste

1 pinch salt


Instructions

    1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla bean paste, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
    2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
    3. After freezing, place the container in the Ninja Creami and process using the “Ice Cream” setting.
    4. Enjoy as is, or add mix-ins like sprinkles or crushed cookies using the “Mix-In” function.

 

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute whole milk and heavy cream with full-fat coconut milk.

If the texture is too icy, use the “Re-Spin” function for extra creaminess.
