1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup fresh or frozen spinach (cooked and drained)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cooked spinach, and grated Parmesan.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, mixing until smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
- Fill ravioli with the mixture, seal, and cook in boiling water for 2–4 minutes, or until they float.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or red pepper flakes.
If using frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze out excess moisture before mixing.
