Instructions
Ricotta Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, lemon zest, and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
Spinach & Ricotta Filling:
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat and let cool.
- Mix spinach with ricotta, Parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
Mushroom Ravioli Filling:
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
